You can expect to start booking events two weeks after you receive your Tortilla booth. This will give you plenty of time to learn how to use your booth - and make sure you’re covered in the event of any unexpected issues after your booth ships.

To avoid potential harm to your booth or injury to event attendees, it is strongly recommended to have an attendant for any 360 booth event.

Tortilla allows for the platform and arm to be vinyl-wrapped. We recommend bringing your Tortilla to a local print shop to get it measured and outfitted in a wrap of your design!

Yes! Each Tortilla can be paired to an RF Remote or an iOS device for activation.

No. Tortilla does not come with a camera. We believe in giving you freedom to use the tools that create the best experience for your events’ needs. If you already own a compatible iPhone, we’d like to make sure you don’t have to purchase another one!

We recommend using an iPhone 11 or newer. Ideally you would want to choose the phone with the best performing ultra-wide camera at the lowest price, which is currently the iPhone 14 Pro. It is not necessary to get the Max size or a phone with a large storage capacity.

Tortilla can work with any capture device - an iPhone, iPad, DSLR, or GoPro - as long as it meets the maximum weight limit of 3lbs.

You can currently only use the Fiesta 360 software with Tortilla if you are using an iPhone, although additional capture devices will be added in the near future.

You will need to use alternative software options if you would like to use an iPad, DSLR, or GoPro capture device.

While Tortilla’s full set of features are only available using Fiesta with an iPhone, you can still use the RF Remote to trigger captures, increase or decrease rotations, and increase or decrease top speed using alternative software options.

DSLR and iPad will be supported later this year.

Tortilla’s platform weighs 52 lbs. Tortilla’s arm weighs 4 lbs. Together, they weigh 56 lbs. The case weighs 24 lbs.

The total weight of Tortilla in its case, with all accessories is 80lbs.

Tortilla has the following dimensions:

• Tortilla Base: 32” x 6”
• Tortilla with Arm Extended: 92” x 6” (*without attachments)
• Carrying Case: 37" x 35" x 8"
• Shipping Box Dimensions: 38.38" x 36.42" x 10.03"

13' x 13' is the minimum. This includes space for external lighting and with the arm extended to 180 degrees. Venues should attempt to over-accommodate whenever possible.

Tortilla was designed to withstand up to 800 pounds. We recommend up to three people on the booth at any given time.

Tortilla takes less than three minutes to set up. Just take Tortilla out of the case, connect the power cable, and attach the arm!

Tortilla measures 35" x 37" x 8" inches in the case, which fits in most compact sedans.

Yes, you can attach a ring light. We recommend using the Neewer A111 because it’s battery-powered and provides a high light output.

None. We have found that the best capture experience is one that is uniquely yours. We give you the freedom to choose the tools that create the best experience for your event’s needs, which can vary quite a bit based on the event.

We recommend using external battery-powered LED panels for easy set-up, like the Neewer 660s. This will provide the most cinematic capture experience as opposed to a ring light attached to the arm.

Yes. Tortilla comes with an RF remote that arrives already paired with your booth. This remote can start and stop the booth, increase or decrease the number of rotations, and increase or decrease the speed.

Around 30’ — the same range as your typical car key or TV remote.

You cannot use the remote to control more than one Tortilla at a time. You can control only one Tortilla at a time with the RF remote, however you can pair to a different Tortilla any moment and begin controlling that Tortilla.

Hold the button on the electronics panel underneath Tortilla until it blinks. Then you press any button on the included remote and it will pair automatically.

You can use a power bank as long as it meets Tortilla’s power requirements. We like the Sikon Portable Laptop Power Bank, and it was used in the official Tortilla announcement presentation - we hid it underneath the light stand.
